What are the benefits of Innovere DreamGlow Skincare Wand?

Innovere DreamGlow Skincare Wand is developed with four technologies: Red Light Therapy, Microcurrent, Facial Massage, and Therapeutic Warmth.

 

What type of results will I see with using your DreamGlow Skincare Wand?

Most of our users feel the results after their first treatment, but visible results are most effective when implemented into a consistent skincare routine. Our preferred method to see visible results is to take before and after photos for comparison. Please keep in mind that the results might take to show at least two weeks of reguler usage.  

How warm does the DreamGlow Skincare Wand get during use?

The Therapeutic Warmth technology of the DreamGlow Skincare Wand delivers soothing warmth at approximately 100°F. 

 

How do I charge the DreamGlow Skincare Wand? Can I use it while charging?

To charge the DreamGlow Skincare Wand, use the micro USB cable that comes within the product with an adapter, a computer with a USB port, or a portable external battery. Please fully charge your wand before using the first time for 2 hours. A fully charged wand will last for one hour of continuous use.

Please remember not to use any speed chargers as it is not suitable for speed charging and will potentially damage the battery and the functions of the DreamGlow eventually. 

Can I use the DreamCurl Skincare Wand with my own skincare products?

Yes definetely! You can use your own skincare products (serums, moisturizers, and/or creams). We recommend using DreamGlow with the products that contain conductive ingredients (e.g. aloe vera) to fully benefit from the microcurrent technology.

Is the DreamGlow Skincare Wand portable?

Yes! Our DreamGlow Skincare Wand is compact and rechargeable. You can use it wherever you want. 

Ordering and delivery

When will my order arrive?

Our current processing time is 2-5 business days on all orders. After the dispatch, shipping might take approximately 15-20 business days depending on your country or region. Most customers receive their order faster than expected but delays are possible. 

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via support@innovere.co, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

How much is shipping?

We offer free worldwide shipping!

Do you have a refund policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused,  and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the emailed receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@innovere.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
